Store pickup
Pickup will be available only after the store confirms the collection address, opening hours, preparation time, and identification requirements.
Receiving furniture
Customers should inspect the packaging and furniture when it arrives. The final policy will explain how and when to report visible damage or missing pieces.
Returns and exchanges
The return window, eligible product condition, return delivery responsibility, and any restocking fee are awaiting store approval.
Custom or assembled items
The store still needs to confirm whether assembled, made-to-order, clearance, or final-sale products have different return conditions.
